Returns

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@bubblebear.in] with your order number and photos of the item.

We will be happy to replace or refund items that meet our return eligibility.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Proof of purchase and images of the issue must be provided.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and verified:

• A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• If applicable, shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

• Used or opened products

• Gift cards

• Sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)
