Q: Are Bubble Bear products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our products are formulated to be gentle, non-irritating, and free from harsh chemicals. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before full use.

Q: Are your products cruelty-free?

Absolutely! We never test on animals, and we’re proud to say all Bubble Bear products are cruelty-free. Many are vegan too — check the label!

Q: When will my order be shipped?

We usually process and ship orders within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it’s on its way!

Q: What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free on orders above ₹499. For orders below that, a small standard fee will apply at checkout.

Q: Can I return or exchange a product?

Due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on skincare. However, if your item is damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out quickly!

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

Yes! Just select the “Personalize Packaging” option at checkout. You can even add a cute note for that special someone 🐻💌
